Press and hold the key mode button for 3 seconds and the light turns off directly from any lighting mode - no need to cycle through all the modes.
In motion-sensor mode you turn the light on or off by simply waving your hand in front of the headlamp. It's ideal when your hands are dirty, greasy, or gloved, and it supports the main strong beam and side strong beam settings.
Fully charged, it runs up to 10 hours on low and 4 hours on high. Four indicator lights on the side show the remaining battery; while charging the light flashes and stops flashing once fully charged. You can charge and use it at the same time.
Two mode buttons control the eight modes. The key mode button cycles through six settings: main strong, main weak, side strong, side weak, red beam, and SOS red strobe. The motion-sensor button cycles through two: main strong and side strong. To extend runtime, the main and side beams cannot be lit at the same time.
Yes - it's rated IPX4, so it keeps working in rain, snow, and splashes. The sealed aluminum-alloy and ABS shell is also shock-resistant. Avoid soaking it in water for long periods.
